Happy Birthday Betty Grable. RIP

December 18, 1916-July 2, 1973

A beautiful lady with the most famous legs in the history of Hollywood. Grable's legs were insured by her studio for $1,000,000 with Lloyds of London. The number one pinup girl of WW2, Betty Grable was an art of perfection. Today we remember her at ShabbychicDiva's Corner. There will never be another like her. Happy Birthday Betty!!

Happy Pink Saturday

I have been gone for a while, but it's good to be back. I hope everyone is well and having a wonderful December. Happy Pink Saturday! Thank you to Beverly for being our fabulous host.

 My FAVORITE Christmas movie would have to be "A Christmas Story". From getting your tongue frozen on a pole to  "You'll shoot your eye out kid", and best of all memories of a famous Leg Lamp and the words... F R A G I L E...I've watched this since I was young, and continue to share it with my children EVERY Christmas.  HILARIOUS! LOVE IT!
