They are my rowdy adorable little monkeys and they are 5 years old today. Happy Birthday my sweet tarts! I can't believe how fast my boys are growing up. It seems like just yesterday when I found out I was pregnant, and with twins which was a huge surprise. There were a few times I actually thought I was going to loose them, but everything turned out ok. They were meant to be.My boys were healthy and happy from the moment they came into this world. And they make me smile and laugh each and every day. Two very little different personalities. One with brown eyes and one with blue. One outgoing and one shy. So many differences yet I wouldn't have it any other way.
It's amazing this little language they had when they were smaller. We never knew what they were saying but they did. They would always communicate in their own little way.And although they have their moments, it's obvious they love each other so much and are always hanging out together playing and talking.I love in the mornings when they come into my room and say Good Morning Momma. They give me lots of kisses and hugs and tell me just how much they love me.And even when they drive me crazy some days, I can't imagine my world without themSo many great memories already and we are only getting started:-)They are about to start school soon and it's going to be such a hard day for Momma. But knowing they have each other makes me feel a little more at ease.I hope they will have so much fun today at their birthday party with all their little friends. I know I spoiled them and it may just feel like Christmas did. But they deserve it.When one is sick the other will take care of them. When one gets something the other makes sure his brother receives it as well. And when one is scared at night, the other takes his hand and lets him "borrow" his pillow:-)
I know they will stay close always even when they grow up. I know they will depend on each other and will be there for each other always. I believe this whole heartedly.I just adore all my sweet babies. They are my whole world and I wish them the happiest of birthdays now and forever. Remember, Momma loves you.

ReplyDeleteWhat cuties...
I love the shot with your boys and a whale and a dolphin. They look like they are having fun. Age 5 was one of my favorite ages with my daughter. She wasn't a baby or toddler, easy to do things with and go places with, spur of the moment, no bags of supplies and such. From 5 - 10 mom and dad were fun to hang with, as we got closer to the teens, then life got real interesting. Enjoy these little treasures every moment, it all goes fast. By the way, I wanted to say hello and thanks for joining my blog. It is always nice to see a new face. Thanks. I look forward to future chats. Happy Birthday to your boys.
