Pumpkin Time

I took my children to the pumpkin patch this weekend. There was a train ride, petting zoo, and even horse rides.
We had a rare cold front here over the weekend in Texas and the weather was marvelous. The boys had fun checking out all the Halloween decorations. And having fun getting up and close with the cowsAfter a few hours it was time to pick out a pumpkin. My Jacob had his favorite within 5 minutes. My daughter took a little while longer. Then of course my little Jayden had to take the longest. He kept finding one and throwing it down till he picked the one he liked best. In the end, we finally got some pumpkins, and it was a fabulous day

  4. Hello Winona, your blog is lovely. As I scrolled down and read about how you missed experiencing the seasons it made me sad. I myself am affected by the seasons, but have a tough time with the shorter days of winter. I get the blues, and often wonder what it would be like to be somewhere where the sun was warm and days were long. You gave me a different perspective, and I am grateful to have the change in seasons. If I could I would send you some of our Minnesota weather your way : ) I am glad you were able to have a beautiful time with your children at the pumpkin patch! I have a Jacob too, by the way : ) I look forward to becoming great friends and I will add you the blogs I follow!

    Hugs ~ Nichole

Your blog is looking really good. You'll be having a lot of fun with it. Post when you can and when you can't life has given you more important things to do.
